  • Everyone in the user's downline, if applicable

Manage the Default Activity Feed Filter

As an admin user, select a default Activity Feed filter for every user in your organization. Users can still change the Activity Feed's filter to view a non-default filter.

To manage the Activity Feed's default filter:

  1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu
  2. Click General Settings
  3. In the Newsfeed Settings card, click and select the organization's default Activity Feed filter
  4. Click Save Changes

Add Additional Demographic Filters

As an admin user, additional demographic filters, typically around a single demographic, i.e. location, department, etc., can be requested for use as an Activity Feed filter. Contact your CIM/CSM to enable an additional Activity Feed filter.

For example, for an organization with multiple offices, a Location demographic filter would allow you to easily view Recognition and Goal update posts for users in a specific office/location.
