Overview
Welcome to Quantum Workplace's guide to all things New Hire surveys.
This guide will equip you with everything you need to know to launch meaningful New Hire surveys to yield actionable insights.
New Hire Surveys: An Introduction
New Hire surveys are ongoing surveys that can be configured to automatically invite new hires to participate in surveys regarding their onboarding and overall experience.
To better understand your new employees' onboarding experience, Quantum Workplace provides templates designed to gather insightful and actionable feedback.
New Hire surveys are designed to capture an employee's first steps with an organization. Additional surveys such as an annual engagement survey, periodic pulses, and an exit survey can help provide a macro view of an employee's engagement during their tenure with an organization.
Comparing data points across your employee population can identify engagement strengths and areas of opportunity for your employees and organization.

When launching a New Hire survey, there are two methods to consider when selecting the survey template:
- A four-part series that asks relevant questions throughout the typical onboarding experience at various milestones to thoroughly capture the first six months of a new employee
- Template names: New Hire (1 Week), New Hire (3 Months), New Hire (30 Days), and New Hire (6 Months)
- A single survey designed to be conducted once an employee reaches their 60 or 90-day tenure
- Template name: New Hire (Single Survey Approach)
