Action Plan Tracking & Nudging for Managers

We released a new dashboard with custom nudging to make it easy for managers to track and encourage progress across their downlines' action plans. 

The new dashboard enables managers to: 

• View & filter action plans by status (Not Started, Started, In Progress)
• View the number of action items created and completed over time
• Nudge their downline with custom messages to motivate progress
• View & navigate to action plans in which they are an Owner or Contributor
