Overview
As a full admin, update and manage the Facilitators for a Performance Review cycle's participants.
This may be necessary for a variety of reasons, e.g. if the manager that an employee reports to changes, or if the reporting information at the time of the cycle's launch was outdated.

Requirements
- Available to full admin users
- Available to Performance Reviews that have not been Finalized
Access Performance Review Cycle
To access a Performance Review cycle's settings:
- Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu; click Reviews
- Click Single Cycles or Automated Cycles
- Click on the Review cycle's name or the corresponding Edit to navigate to the cycle settings page
Manage Performance Review Facilitators
When the Facilitator changes, the new Facilitator receives an email notification and an in-app notification. The next time the new Facilitator views the Review, they can view responses created by the former Facilitator indicated by brackets.
To manage Performance Review Facilitators for a cycle:
- From the cycle's settings page, click and expand the second step, Participants
- Select the ☐ icon for a Review participant requiring a new Facilitator (Figure A)
- Click and expand Change Facilitator (Figure B)
- Click Assign to Current Manager to assign the Employee's current manager as the Facilitator for each selected Review
- Click Assign to a Specific Person to assign a specific user as the Facilitator for all of the selected Reviews
- Click Save Changes
