Manage Performance Review Cycle Dates

As a full admin, manage the dates of an active Performance Review cycle, i.e. cycle launch/lock dates, participants' share dates, etc.

Overview

As a full admin, update and manage the dates of an active single or automated Performance Review cycle, i.e. cycle launch/lock dates, participants' share dates, etc. 

Requirements

  • Available to full admin users

Access Performance Review Cycle Settings

As an admin, to access a Performance Review cycle's settings:

  1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu 
  2. Click Reviews
  3. Click Single Cycles or Automated Cycles
  4. Access the cycle creator:
    • Single cycle: Click Edit for the corresponding cycle 
    • Automated cycle: Click Manage for the corresponding cycle

Manage a Single Performance Review Cycle's Dates

As an admin, to manage the cycle's due dates for a single Performance Review cycle:

  1. Access the Performance Review cycle's settings
  2. Click Set Schedule & Milestones to expand the cycle's date fields
  3. Update the cycle's date field(s) as necessary
  4. Click Save Changes

Manage an Automated Performance Review Cycle's Dates

The trigger for an automated Performance Review cycle cannot be changed, i.e. Hire Date, Exit Date, Recurring, etc.- the cycle launch dates relative to the trigger e.g. 30 days after the hire date, can be updated.

As an admin, to manage the cycle's due dates for an automated Performance Review cycle:

  1. Access the Performance Review cycle's settings
  2. Click Notifications & Milestones Schedule to expand the cycle's date fields
  3. Update the cycle's date field(s) as necessary
  4. Click Save Changes
