500 Error When Creating a Survey with Logic

As an admin creating a survey, you may come across a 500 error when adding logic to survey questions. 

The Error

On the Questions step of the Survey Creator, if logic is added and you click Next to continue on to the Participants step, you may experience the 500 error. 

A scenario similar to the following screenshot may result in the error:

Temporary Workaround

To avoid the 500 error after logic is added to a question:

1. Click Questions on the left-hand card
2. Click Next to continue the survey creation process
