Succession Planning

Streamline Nomination Setup and Response Tracking 

We’ve updated the nomination experience to make each step easier to manage. A guided workflow helps admins assign nominators and send invitations, while clearer status indicators make it easier to track nomination progress. Nominators who don’t have a candidate can now opt out of submitting a nomination, giving admins a clearer view of nomination progress.

Goals

Control Goal Visibility Across Your Organization 

Admins can now control which goal visibility options are available when users create goals. Goals can be restricted to public only, private only, or left unrestricted, helping organizations align goal creation with their visibility and confidentiality requirements. Existing goals will keep their current visibility.

Recognition

Create and Fulfill Custom Gift Cards and Charities

Admins can now add and manage custom gift cards and charities directly within their reward catalogs. A centralized fulfillment page brings custom gift cards, charities, custom swag, and culture rewards together, making it easier to manage fulfillment in one place.
