Help! I tried to take the survey but I see a message that the survey has already been completed.

If you click your link to take the survey and see a message that your survey has already been completed, you may have forwarded your survey invitation to a fellow employee who completed the survey using the link intended for you.   Please contact support@quantumworkplace.com for help; we'll be able to clear your survey and resend it to you.
