This will take you to the Goal Details page where you can update and edit your goal.

From here there are two ways to update the progress of your goals:

  • A: Easily update single Key Results by clicking Update next to the target Key Result.
  • B: Clicking Update Goal expands a dropdown of all Key Results to easily see and update all of your Key Results.

A: Updating Key Results Individually

Clicking Update will open the modal seen below.

You can enter the new total value in the New Total field to update progress.

For example, say you check your subscription revenue once a week, each week you can enter the new total and the goal will update with your progress reflected in the progress bar under Preview.

Goals can also be updated incrementally under Change (-/+). This is useful for consistent quick updates.

For example, if you closed on a $135k sale, you can simply enter 135,000 into the Change (-/+) field and the goal will be updated. Also, if you lose a customer or otherwise experience a negative value, enter a "-" (minus icon) before the value to reflect a reduction.

By default, updates to any goals will be posted in the Home Newsfeed. If you don't want your updates to be public on the Newsfeed, click the Post to this page only ☐ checkbox. This will still create update posts on the Goal Details page only, but will only be viewable by those with access to your goal, your uplines, and admins.

To add additional context or media, click Add Description and Media to include a brief description or add images, videos, etc. to your goal update.

Once you have updated your goal progress, click Update to finalize your changes.

B: Seeing and Updating All of Your Key Results

To view and update all of your Key Results conveniently, click Update Goal.

This will expand the view to include all of the key results where you can view and update each key result.

In the Describe the progress text field, enter a brief description of the progress you've made on your goal. To the right is a status dropdown where you can update your goal-completion status and choose between On Track, At Risk, Off Track, or the default, No Status.

There is also a Post to this page only icon. Check this box to keep your updates private to only those with access to your goal i.e. your upline and admins. Otherwise, goal updates will be posted to your Home Newsfeed.

You can enter the new total value in the New Total field to update progress.

How to Update a Goal From Your Home Page

From your Quantum Workplace Home Page, above your newsfeed click Post an Update.

In the field, What have you been working on lately? enter a brief description or context that you would like shared alongside your goal update.

In the Update a goal with this post? dropdown, select which of your goals to update.

Clicking a goal will expand the goal's Key Results on the same page where you can update each Key Result individually.

Each Key Result can be updated by entering the new total value in the New Total field. Alternatively, in the Change (-/+) field, you can enter the change in value. For example, if a Key Result is tracking subscription revenue and you have brought in $10k since the last goal update, you can enter 10,000 to reflect your progress. If revenue has decreased by $2k, enter -2,000.

The progress bar under Preview will reflect the progress you've made or lost.

Optionally, you can add images and gifs for context or flair by either entering the URL or uploading the image or gif file from your device.
