How to Edit a Recognition Post

You can edit any recognition you have created. From the drop down menu arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the recognition, select Edit Post. This will allow you to edit both the text and remove the image associated with the post. 

How to Delete a Recognition Post

You can delete any recognition post you created. Click on the drop down menu arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the recognition, then click Delete.

How to Remove Someone from a Recognition Post

If you accidentally recognized the wrong coworker, you can remove them from the recognition you gave. Click the drop down arrow on the post and select Remove Someone. 

From the window that appears, you can remove any of your coworkers from the recognition by clicking the X next to their name and click Save

How to Add Someone to a Recognition Post

You can add a coworker to any recognition post, regardless of whether you originally gave the recognition. Click the drop down arrow and select Add Someone

In the field that appears, enter the name of the coworker(s) you would like to add to the post and select their name when it appears. Then click Add Users.

Once you click Add Users, a comment will be automatically added to the recognition to explain that you added this coworker to the recognition.
