You may be asked to select colleagues who should provide Feedback for you in Quantum Workplace. Or, you may be asked to select colleagues who should provide Feedback for your direct report. The process of adding feedback providers is the same regardless of whether you are selecting them for yourself or on behalf of your direct report. In both situations, you will receive an email notification if you are expected to select Feedback providers.
That email will contain a button to Add Feedback Providers. Click on that button to begin.
Once you click Add Feedback Providers, you will see a screen where you can enter the name(s) of the coworkers who should be invited to provide feedback for you or for your direct report.
You may be asked to select feedback providers based on their relationship to you (or their relationship to your direct report.) In that case the form will look like this:
Or, you may be asked to select any coworkers to provide feedback for you regardless of their relationship to you. In that case, the feedback form will look like this:
In the Type name or email address field, you will type in the name(s) of coworkers who should provide feedback for you (or your direct report) and click their name to add them.
When you have added everyone who should be invited to provide feedback for you, click Send Invites. Everyone who you have invited to provide feedback will receive an email notification with their link to give feedback for you (or your direct report).
How to Add Additional Feedback Providers
You can also add Feedback Providers at any time after initially selecting your providers. To do this, locate the feedback session you would like to add providers to and click View Feedback at the end of the row to open it.
You will see a list of the colleagues you have already requested feedback from below the Providers heading on the bottom right side of the screen.
To add additional colleagues as feedback providers, click Add Feedback Providers and type in the name of any colleague who you would like to add as a Feedback Provider.
Once you have finished typing in and selecting the names of your new feedback providers, click Add People to send out their invitations to provide feedback for you.
