How to Navigate Feedback as an Admin

Learn how to utilize the Feedback Admin page in Quantum Workplace.

The Feedback Admin page gives administrators a central hub to configure, manage, and restore Feedback across the organization. Each card displayed here provides access to specific settings and tools.

From this landing page, Admins can:

  • Configure Feedback settings (A
  • Set up Single (B) or Automated cycles (C)
  • Create and manage templates (D
  • Create and manage rating scales (E
  • Restore deleted Feedback (F), and
  • Extend Feedback visibility to users (G).

Feedback Settings

Use this card to control who can request feedback and who can provide it. You can also set defaults that encourage constructive, specific, and actionable feedback across your organization.

Single Cycles

Single cycles are ideal for ad-hoc or one-time feedback initiatives. This card lets you define participants, deadlines, and distribution settings for each cycle. Learn more.

Automated Cycles

Automated cycles help maintain regular feedback rhythms without manual setup each time. Use this card to schedule recurring cycles, assign participants, and track completion automatically. Learn more. 

Templates

Templates provide a consistent structure for feedback requests. Customize questions to match your organization’s values, team roles, or performance goals. Learn more.

Scales

Scales determine how feedback responses are measured and interpreted. This card allows you to define numerical or descriptive scales to ensure clarity and consistency. Learn more.

Restore Feedback

If feedback is accidentally deleted, this card allows admins to recover it. Restored feedback will return to its original cycle and maintain the context of the original responses. 

Grant Visibility

Use this card to give additional team members or managers access to feedback results. This helps ensure the right people can view feedback while maintaining privacy for participants. Learn more.
