Overview

As a 1-on-1 participant, upload reference material to encourage a productive and informed conversation.

Requirements

• Available to users with 1-on-1s enabled
• Supported file types:
  • DOC
  • PDF
  • PNG
  • PPT
  • JPEG
  • GIF
  • HTML
  • TXT
  • XLSX
  • CSV

Add 1-on-1 Attachments

Upload external resources and files to the 1-on-1 for later reference. The attached files include the uploader's name and the time/date of the upload.

To attach a file to a 1-on-1:

1. Click 1-on-1s in the left-hand navigation menu
2. Click and navigate to the 1-on-1 
3. Click + Add Attachments
4. Drag-and-drop or click the upload window to attach a file
5. Click All Done

Manage 1-on-1 Attachments

To download or delete an attached file:

1. Click 1-on-1s in the left-hand navigation menu
2. Click and navigate to the 1-on-1 
3. Click the download icon (Figure A) to download the file to your device
4. Click the trash icon (Figure B) to delete the attachment from the 1-on-1
