What Should I Do If I Experience Gift Card Issues?

If you're experiencing issues with a gift card you redeemed points for, contact Tango, the operator that manages gift card fulfillment and resolution. Tango typically resolves issues within 24 to 48 hours.

Redemption Code Problems

I Didn't Receive My Redemption Code

If you redeemed a reward but didn't receive the redemption code, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

All reward redemption emails are sent from noreply@tangocard.com. Check your spam or junk folder to see if the email landed there. Add this email address to your safe sender list or allowlist to ensure you receive future redemption emails.

Step 2: Resend the Redemption Email

  1. Go to your Assembly Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Rewards filter at the top
  3. Select My Rewards
  4. Locate the reward you didn't receive
  5. Click the Resend Email button

Step 3: Contact Assembly Support

If you've completed the above steps and still haven't received the code, reach out to Assembly Support:

Multiple Users Not Receiving Redemption Emails

If many users in your organization are not receiving redemption emails, your IT team may need to allowlist Tango's domains and IP addresses. Have your IT team add the following to your email allowlist:

Once your IT team allowlists these domains and IPs, users should be able to receive redemption emails normally.

FAQs

How quickly will I receive my gift card after redeeming?

Gift card codes are sent via email from Tango immediately after redemption. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) within a few minutes. If you don't receive it, use the Resend Email button in your Assembly Dashboard.

What if the gift card code doesn't work?

If your code is invalid or doesn't work when you try to redeem it, contact Tango at 1 (877) 558-2646 or https://www.tangocard.com/contact/. Have your gift card code ready. Tango typically resolves these issues within 24-48 hours.

Can I use the same gift card code twice?

No. Gift card codes are single-use only. Once redeemed, the code cannot be used again.

Are there geographic restrictions on gift card redemptions?

Gift card selections vary by region, but Assembly supports over 200 countries. Some specific retailers or denominations may not be available in certain countries. Check during the gift card selection process to see what's available in your region.

What if my gift card expires?

Most gift cards from Tango do not expire, but some retailers may have expiration dates. Check your gift card terms when you receive it. If your card has expired, contact Tango for support.
