Goals & Key Results

- Key Result: The goal's smaller, more focused elements that measure whether the overall goal is accomplished

- Development: Goal around learning new skills and competencies
- Personal: Drive the efforts of an individual or group of individuals
- Team: Organize and reflect the collaborative effort of a team
- Organizational: Organize and set the direction of the entire organization
Goal Members

- Goal Owner: Responsible for the goal's completion - Able to update key results, edit goal details, and has full visibility into the goal; a goal can only have one Goal Owner
- Goal Contributor(s): Able to update a goal's key results and has full visibility into the goal
- Goal Follower(s): Has full visibility into the goal, but cannot update key results
