Feedback Cycle Basics

A Feedback Cycle allows you to automate scheduled feedback sessions for your employees. When you set up a cycle, you pick the milestones for each step of the process. Employees are then prompted to complete their feedback based on those milestones.

How to Create a Feedback Cycle

Go to  Administration (drop down by your name in top-right corner) > Feedback > New Cycle

From here enter the name, time period, description, advanced options, Participants, and milestones.

Note: If you check "Include About this Cycle text on Emails & the Feedback Form" your description will be included in the automated emails that are send out to employees (see example below) as well as the Feedback form.

Also, you can select Manager Analytics to give managers (non-admins) the ability to access analytics for their direct reports.

Edit a Feedback Cycle

Go to  Administration (drop down by your name in top-right corner) > Feedback.

From here, you may select any cycle to edit.

How to Delete a Feedback Cycle

Go to  Administration (drop down by your name in top-right corner) > Feedback.

If a cycle has no feedback sessions in it, you can delete the cycle.

Add People To a Feedback Cycle

Go to  Administration (drop down by your name in top-right corner) > Feedback > Click Edit on the Cycle you want to add people to

Click Participants > Add New Participants. Select the employee(s) you want to add, select a template from the drop down, select Add People, and finally, All Done.

Via Import

For clients tired of manually adding Feedback Providers one-participant-at-a-time, we've created a way to import Feedback Providers en-masse for an Admin-initiated Feedback Cycle.

Employees with be notified to provide feedback the day you have selected for the Feedback Cycle to begin.

Exclude People from a Feedback Cycle

You can exclude certain groups of people from Feedback Cycles if you need to.

When you're adding participants to a cycle, start by selecting all users -- including the employees you will be excluding. Then search for those groups you want to exclude, and press clear. Finally, clear your filters and add the remaining employees.

Remove People from a Feedback Cycle

Go to Administration (drop down by your name in top-right corner) > Feedback > Click Edit on the Cycle you want to remove people from.

Click the drop down arrow next to the employee you want to remove and click Delete.
