New Action Idea Generator (Beta)

Introducing the Action Idea Generator, a new addition to our Action Planning solution.  This feature provides managers and teams with relevant and personalized action ideas, aiding them in addressing specific focus areas as part of their post-survey employee engagement strategy.

Revamped Action Plan Page with Enhanced Collaboration

We are excited to introduce an enhanced user interface for our Action Plan page, designed to provide a more intuitive user experience.

One notable addition to the page is the 'Contributors' feature managed via Access Settings. Alongside Owners, Contributors can easily collaborate on Action Plans with the ability to add, edit, or update the plan.

As part of this enhancement, we've also incorporated a new Action Options panel within the updated layout. This panel equips Action Plan Owners and Contributors with the ability to add relevant and personalized action ideas from the Action Idea Generator. Furthermore, users can add actions from our Best Practice Action Library (if available), create a Custom Action, and view or input team Discussion Notes directly from this panel, aligned to the Focus Area.
