Edit 1-on-1 Cycle's Share Settings

As an admin, edit and update the share settings for a launched 1-on-1 cycle.

Overview

As an admin, edit and update the share settings for a launched 1-on-1 cycle. Share settings include Facilitator responses requiring admin approval, a manual finalization step, unshare abilities, etc. 

Requirements

  • Available to full admin users

Access 1-on-1 Cycle

To access a 1-on-1 cycle to make edits: 

  1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu 
  2. Click 1-on-1s
  3. Click Single Cycles or Automated Cycles
  4. Access the cycle creator:
    • Single cycle: Click Edit for the corresponding cycle 
    • Automated cycle: Click Manage for the corresponding cycle

Edit Cycle Share Settings

To edit a cycle's share settings:

  1. Access the cycle
  2. Click and expand the 1. Cycle Setup step
  3. Update the Share Settings options
  4. Click Save Changes
