Edit 1-on-1 & Performance Review Cycle Share Settings

As an admin, edit and update the share settings for a launched 1-on-1 or Performance Review cycle.

Overview

As an admin, edit and update the share settings for a launched 1-on-1 or Performance Review cycle. 

Requirements

• Available to full admin users

Access 1-on-1 Cycle

To access a 1-on-1 cycle to make edits: 

1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu 
2. Click 1-on-1s
3. Click Single Cycles or Automated Cycles
4. Access the cycle creator:
   • Single cycle: Click Edit for the corresponding cycle 
   • Automated cycle: Click Manage for the corresponding cycle

Edit Cycle Share Settings

To edit a cycle's share settings:

1. Access the cycle
2. Click and expand the Cycle Setup step
3. Update the Share Settings options
4. Click Save Changes
