Delete a Feedback Session

If your organization has enabled user-initiated Feedback, you can delete Feedback sessions that you have requested via the Request Feedback function.

Overview

If your organization has enabled user-initiated Feedback, you can delete Feedback sessions that you have requested via the Request Feedback function.

Unlike archived Feedback which can still be accessed and unarchived, deleted Feedback can not be accessed once deleted.

Requirements

  • Available to organizations with user-initiated Feedback enabled

Delete a Feedback Session

To delete a Feedback session:

  1. Click Feedback in the left-hand navigation menu to navigate to the Feedback Inbox tab
  2. Click on the Feedback to navigate to the Feedback Results page
  3. Click and expand the More Options drop-down
  4. Click Delete Feedback to open the Delete This Feedback modal
  5. Select a reason for deleting the Feedback session
  6. Click Yes, Delete Feedback
