Overview

For organizations using BambooHR as their HRIS providers, establish an integration to automatically communicate and update employee demographic information with Quantum Workplace every 24 hours. 

An HRIS integration ensures employee data in Quantum Workplace is up-to-date and allows automated services, i.e. Exit or New Hire surveys to automatically launch at the most opportune time.

Requirements

Create an API Key via BambooHR

Refer to BambooHR's API documentation to create and access the API key(s). 

Establish an HRIS Integration with BambooHR

To establish an HRIS integration with BambooHR:

1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu
2. Click Integrations
3. Click the BambooHR card to expand a menu with a contact form
4. Enter the full name, email, title, and phone number for the point of contact (POC) for your organization's IT department
5. Click Send Request
6. Quantum Workplace will contact the POC for the API key(s) to complete and establish the integration
