Reopen Feedback After Submission
When a Feedback Provider's Feedback session is reopened, the Provider's status changes from Submitted to Started so that the Provider can edit or add their feedback. A Feedback Provider's original submission remains intact- reopened Feedback allows the Provider to edit and resubmit their feedback.
Note: Quantum Workplace does not send a notification to the Feedback Provider when their Feedback session is reopened.
To reopen a Feedback session after submission:
- Click Feedback in the left-hand navigation menu
- Click View Feedback in the corresponding Feedback cycle's Actions column
- Alternatively, click the ⋮ icon; click View Feedback
- In the Providers card, click on the corresponding Feedback Provider
- Click Reopen Feedback Session for [Employee]
- Click Reopen in the confirmation modal
