As an admin, reopen a Feedback session for an open Feedback cycle to allow Feedback Providers to edit and resubmit their feedback.

Reopen Feedback After Submission

When a Feedback Provider's Feedback session is reopened, the Provider's status changes from Submitted to Started so that the Provider can edit or add their feedback. A Feedback Provider's original submission remains intact- reopened Feedback allows the Provider to edit and resubmit their feedback. 

Note: Quantum Workplace does not send a notification to the Feedback Provider when their Feedback session is reopened.

To reopen a Feedback session after submission:

  1. Click Feedback in the left-hand navigation menu
  2. Click View Feedback in the corresponding Feedback cycle's Actions column
    • Alternatively, click the icon; click View Feedback
  3. In the Providers card, click and expand the arrow icon for the corresponding Feedback Provider
  4. Click Reopen Feedback Session for [Employee]
  5. Click Reopen in the confirmation modal
