      Bottom Report

      Left to right, the report reads as follows:
      Bottom 10 survey items based on % unfavorable.
      Valid N represents the number of responses for that item.
      % of Respondents is the breakdown of favorable, neutral, and unfavorable ratings. 
      Response Distribution by % shows answers by each of the six-point Likert scale options. 
      Avg. Score for the items in that category on a six-point scale.
      If you hover over the favor bars or response distribution by percent, the decimal will show to the nearest hundredth.
