Nominate Candidates in Succession Planning
With our new candidate nomination enhancement to Succession Planning, admins now can solicit nominations for critical roles from across an organization.
Nominations from managers will show their downline with an option to nominate anyone else from the organization. Once a candidate has been nominated, the nominator will be able to provide a detailed description of what makes that individual a good candidate for the critical role. The nominator can also provide a talent readiness recommendation along with the nomination.
Once the candidate nomination is submitted, the candidate will appear in the succession plan with the option to approve or deny the candidate into the plan. Find your next successor with candidate nomination in Succession Planning!

Export Data with the Intelligence Data Feed
Easily export data from Quantum Workplace with the Intelligence Data Feed. The Intelligence Data Feed allows for use of Quantum Workplace data outside of the Quantum Workplace platform.
Organizations are using engagement and performance data, held within Quantum Workplace, to understand the relationship between engagement, performance, and other key business metrics.
With this new release, organizations can examine, manipulate, and visualize data in data visualization tools and more.

We’ve improved our bulk translation import to support even more fields. The Bulk Translation Import file now supports more fields including:
- Survey Name
- About Survey
- Invitations
- Reminders
This new enhancement also improves translation support for all question types including single-choice, multiple-choice, and ranked questions.

Manager Demographic Toggle in Surveys, 1-on-1s, and Feedback
We’ve now added the ability to toggle the manager demographic when slicing or filtering through survey, 1-on-1, or Feedback analytics. This improvement makes it easier to surface any discrepancies between managers and employees in analytics.
Broader Support for Trend Over Time
Easily monitor trends with Trend Over Time on lifecycle surveys. Trend Over Time is now available for surveys that are open longer than 30 days. This makes it easier to analyze data over a longer period of time.

We’ve made it easier to exclude demographics when selecting participants in automated feedback and 1-on-1 cycles. Previously, automated cycle creators could select which participants they would like to include. Now with this new improvement, by selecting the users that you’d like to exclude, you can easily distribute your feedback and 1-on-1 cycles to the most relevant employees.
