Introducing Assembly by Quantum Workplace! 

We're excited to launch Assembly, our new recognition and reward platform, designed to enhance our culture of appreciation.  

Assembly is a powerful platform designed to boost employee engagement through peer-to-peer recognition, as well as other fun ways to connect with one another. 

Earn points through shout-outs, praise, or even work anniversaries and redeem them towards a reward of your choice! 

How You’ll Access Assembly by Quantum Workplace

You can access Assembly through our web platform or by downloading the mobile app. Here's what you’ll need to do: 

    1. Be on the lookout for an email invitation from Assembly. Check your Spam folder if you are not seeing the email in your direct inbox. 
    1. Accept the invitation and confirm a few questions for your Assembly profile. 
    1. Once that is completed, you’ll now have access to the Assembly platform! 

Launch Information 

To ensure you’re adjusting to the new platform with ease: 

    1. We’ve scheduled a training session to help get you started with Assembly. This will be held on [Date of Training] and will be a recorded call. We encourage you all to attend! 
    1. We’ll provide you with great reference materials as you navigate through the platform.
