What is the Employee Snapshot?

The Employee Snapshot contains information about the user, i.e. role, manager, and specified demographics.

The Snapshot also displays a summary of the user's recent activity within Quantum Workplace, i.e. 1-on-1s, Feedback conversations, Goal progress, Talent Review data, etc.

As a manager, the Snapshot provides a place for private notes. These are for your own reference and are not visible to anyone else in your organization.

Activity Date Range

When viewing the Employee Snapshot, the activity being displayed reflects the selected dates in the Activity Date Range drop-down menu.

Click the Activity Date Range to select from pre-set date options or enter a custom date range.
