Benchmarks+ is now available to all engagement customers, delivering instant, self-serve access to Quantum Workplace’s full engagement benchmarks database—no requests, exports, or added costs. Build tailored comparisons using filters like industry, company size, and global presence, then benchmark against all companies, top quartile, or top decile. With three years of statistically valid data (refreshed annually), Benchmarks+ replaces slow, manual benchmarking with fast, flexible insights right in the platform.

Performance Reviews
New Template-Level Weighting
Admins can now apply weighting directly within performance review templates—giving you more control over how evaluations reflect your organization’s priorities. Assign weights across key areas like goals, org-wide and role-based competencies, and individual scaled questions to ensure the right elements carry the right impact. This added flexibility makes it easier to create more accurate, aligned, and meaningful performance evaluations—all within the review template.
