Overview

As an admin, deactivate or delete a 1-on-1 template to restrict your organization from using the template. 

Requirements

• Available to full admin users

Deactivate & Activate a Template

Deactivate a template to temporarily restrict new instances or cycles from using the template. Deactivate a template to make any edits.

Deactivating an in-use template does not affect any ongoing sessions. Templates can be deactivated and reactivated at any time.

To deactivate/activate a 1-on-1 template:

1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu
2. Click 1-on-1s; click Templates
3. Click on the template name to navigate to the template creator
4. Click Deactivate or Finalize & Activate

Delete a Template

Delete a template to permanently remove a template from Quantum Workplace. Deactivate a template instead to temporarily restrict a template's usage.

To delete a 1-on-1 template:

1. Click and expand Administration in the left-hand navigation menu
2. Click 1-on-1s; click Templates
3. Click the template's corresponding Delete
4. Click Delete Template in the confirmation modal
