Overview

Use the Smart Booster to easily pull in recent Goals and/or Feedback activity as a relevant conversation topic for 1-on-1s.

The Smart Booster automatically identifies Goal and/or Feedback activity that have been created or updated since the last 1-on-1s which can help managers discern conversation topics that are important to discuss in an upcoming 1-on-1.

Requirements

  • Available for organizations with Goals and/or Feedback enabled

Use the Smart Booster

To use the Smart Booster:

  1. Click 1-on-1s in the left-hand navigation menu
  2. Click and open a 1-on-1
  3. Click and expand Conversation Boosters in the bottom-left
  4. Click Launch Smart Booster to open a modal with recent Goals and/or Feedback activity
  5. Select the Goal and/or Feedback's corresponding ☐ icon(s) to be added to the 1-on-1
    • Click the corresponding View to view the Goal or Feedback in detail
  6. Click Add Selected to include the specified Goal(s) and/or Feedback into the 1-on-1
